Objective
Verification demonstrates by review, analysis and/or testing that the required outputs satisfy the defined requirements for each phase of the lifecycle.
Application
Each phase of the lifecycle should be verified and signed off as meeting the requirements of the phase such as hardware calculations, software testing and checking that a modification has followed plant procedures and can be verified under the management of change (MOC).
